We have been home brewers for several years, decided to take on a true craft brewery into the professional scale. Our entire heart, soul, and cultural influences are in this brewery! Whether you're a novice or experienced craft beer drinker, we believe that there is a style from Saludos Brewing Co. that'll fill your expectations.
There's no step in the brewing process that we skip. We've gone through the trials and errors of small batch brewing to dial in our perfection into each brew. Yes, it has been a long time coming in South Texas to have a true craft brewery in our own backyard and just like quality beer, it has taken some time to get to this point.
We're small family owned and operated business, born and raised in Laredo, TX. Saludos Brewing Co. is dedicated to brewing true craft local beer!
Cerveceros - Our Story
2020 is the year that started it all. When Pandemic hit, we got together over our passion for brewing and the love of beer. We started off brewing in our Cocina to investing into a single barrel system in the garage. We made it our job to brew every Friday until we perfected our recipes. With all our Vecinos happily trying the beer, we were motivated to move on to our big boy system and open to the public. Laredo deserves to have its very own local craft brewery! Thats when Saludos was born.
